My Maths goals

Hello. I am going to show you my maths goals. They are a little tricky!
1. I want to group within 1000 FAST!!!!!! Here is an example: 648+?=1000
2. I want to convert between fractions,decimals and percentages FAST!!! An example is: 45%= ? Fractions.
Can you do these?

    Wow Hannah,

    those are hard questions.
    I think that the answer to the first question is 352 but I don't know the answer to the second question.

    here is one for every one else.
    865+_______=1000
